Clear Mind Hosting (hereafter referred to as CMH) provides web hosting, web design, and PHP application development. CMH has legal and ethical reponsibilities regarding the use of its servers and services.

Server Abuse

Server abuses will not be tolerated. Any attempt to impair, disable, or deny services to a server, or customer of CMH is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use of an account that does not belong to you is prohibited. Furthermore the following actions, content, links to content are prohibited:

• Use of irc bots or clients
• Bulk emailings
• Unsolicited emailings
• Phishing scams
• Newsgroup spamming
• Pornographic Content
• Copyright Infringement
• Trademark Infringement
• Distribution of serial numbers
• Software cracks
• Warez

CMH reserves the right to discontinue service, or deny access to anyone who violates the terms of service and conditions outlined above without warning, prior notice, or refund.

The following limitations apply so that CMH will be able to maintain a quality shared hosting experience. Serving ads from a CMH site is not allowed. Serving banners, graphics, or scripts to another site is not allowed. Download sites where more than 50% or more of monthly traffic is from file downloads are not allowed. Sites using more than 30% of system resources for longer than 60 seconds are not allowed.

CMH will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the above limitations.
